Brian Burke, President and General Manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs, announced Friday that the team has acquired defenceman John-Michael Liles from the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for a second-round pick in the 2012 Entry Draft. The second round pick was previously acquired by the Maple Leafs from the Boston Bruins as part of the Tomas Kaberle trade. :thumbup:

The Leafs traded the 30th & 39th picks to Anaheim for the 22nd pick and selected Tyler Biggs(forward) from the UNTDP program. With the 25th pick they selected Oakville native Stuart Percy(d-man).
