LC announcement:

The 2011 Stanleit Entry Draft will start on June 29th at 9 o'clock CET, just like last year.

Come tutti gli anni c'è da pagare l'hosting per il sito che tutti noi amiamo tanto.
La cifra è sempre 28.80€ per tutto l'anno, entro il 5 agosto.
Il primo anno ha pagato Vic, l'anno scorso qualcuno ha versato su paypal e il resto ha aggiunto Vic.
Visto che giochiamo tutti e non si parla di grandi cifre credo sia giusto contribuire un po' tutti.

2011/12 SEASON

Our league site boss has set the following dates for the start of the new season.

august 31st (Wednesday - h: 13.00 CET)
Deadline to request players' roles updates.

september 5th (Monday - h: 13.00 CET)
Trade deadline; trades will be suspended until the end of the september free agency.
(Deadline to protest pending trades is 24hrs later, september 6th at 13 o'clock)

september 6th (Tuesday- h: 24.00 CET)
Deadline for setting the protected players (up to 16 multiyear non-entry draft running contracts) and the restricted free agents.

september 7th (Wednesday - h: 10.00 CET)
Start of the september Free Agency session.
Times spans for different durations of leading offers:
7th september - 13th september -> 72 hrs
14th september - 22nd september -> 48 hrs
23rd september - 29th september -> 24 hrs

september 11th (Sunday - h: 24.00 CET)
Deadline to launch auction bids for the available RFAs and EFAs.

september 14th (Wednesday - h: 24.00 CET)
End of the RFA/EFA market.

september15th (Thursday - h: 24.00 CET)
Deadline to submit undisclosed final offers for RFAs/EFAs whose biddings are still pending after the september 14th deadline.

september 28th (Wednesday - h: 24.00 CET)
Deadline to launch auction bids for the available UFAs.

september 29th (Thursday - h: 24.00 CET)
End of all the open biddings for the 2012 september FA session.

september 30th (Friday - h: 24.00 CET)
Deadline to submit undisclosed final offers for UFAs whose biddings are still pending after the september 29th deadline AND re-opening of trades.

october 3rd (Monday - h: 24.00 CET)
Deadline to set the starting roster (main roster and farm team) on the league site and to make requests to set players as retired/signed overseas and be able to get them off the cap. Please note that right after this deadline roster moves will start counting against the limit and eligible players will be again exposed to waivers.

october 6th (Thursday)
Start of the season!
(deadline to complete off-season buyouts and opening of the in-season free agency)

Due to the needed time for the LC to vote and deliver its decisions before 6th september, it's been determined any request for your roster players' roles updates has to be submitted in the dedicated thread within 31st August (24.00 CET).

IMPORTANT

This year there will be some relief for teams hit by LTIR injuries.

I’m going to implement some new features to our league site to make this possible:
- Cap relief given by 50% of a LTIR player’s salary
- Cap relief given by 70% of an Out For Season player’s salary
- Option to use this cap relief during FA bidding
- Minimum LTIR stay of 1 month
- Automatic dropping of the free agents signed by using the LTIR cap relief when the injured player returns to the lineup

Further info and details will be provided in the upcoming weeks. But take in count these news for incoming season!

NB: retired player during RS can be put Out For Season!

Please note that today it's the last day available to launch biddings on RFAs and EFAs.

as for this matter, since MNR had offered for Kane in the meantime, we decided to keep valid Denver's offer, but lowering it to the lowest possible amount, which was 7.5 (0.4 beyond the previous leading offer).

At 7.5M Denver should still have had to pay 1st+2nd as compensation, but not having any 2nd available, we had to accept booking a 3rd instead.

The leading offer period has been re-started, so GMs will have till tomorrow at 4.31p.m. (CET) to beat Denver's reduced leading offer.

The main purpose of this announcement is to point out that the leading offer for Perry is now 7.5M and not anymore 8.5M as many might still think.

as for Marc Savard, the majority of the LC voted against making the "retired" option available for him.

Obviously, if his retirement will be officially announced within the start of the season, Tampa will then have the chance to set him as retired.

************** IR REFORM ***************

La commissione e lo staff tecnico hanno optato per queste modifiche al regolamento che riguardano la gestione degli infortunati.
Le riforme entreranno effettivamente (sul sito) in atto un qualche giorno della settimana dal 10 al 17 ottobre. Fino ad allora cercate di non far rompere la gente o usate l'ir dell'anno scorso.

Ci saranno 3 tipi di Injury List:

- IR Semplice. Quella attuale, nessun cap relief, durata minima 7 giorni (e non + 15, anzer cosi avrai finito di frantumare le palle! :bure:)

-Out For Season (OFS). Su richiesta approvazione tramite forum con link ritenuti validi. 70% del contratto di bonus sul cap. Durata: tutto il resto della stagione senza possibilità di tornare indietro (vedi caso Savard).

-Long Time IR (LTIR). 50% del contratto da usare come bonus sul cap per la durata dell'IR, durata minima 1 mese.
NOTA: Il bonus LTIR sarà valutato "a parte" rispetto al cap normale. Potrà essere usato durante un'asta FA (e solo per queste!) se desiderato (specificando l'opzione nel sito al momento dell'offerta). Dettagli in merito seguiranno al momento del via sul sito.
Comunque es di massima: ho 99M, si rompe Crosby a 2M posso offrire su giocatori fino a 2M, e questi saranno liberati (tornano FA) quando torna crosby.

Note: la % di bonus è calcolata arrotondando per difetto alla prima cifra decimale. Come gli anni scorsi le durate dell'IR dovranno essere controllate sul sito di riferimento che trovate nell'apposito topic.
